How to Use

1. Submerge the mouthpiece in a bowl of hot water (70–80°C). Do not use boiling water.
2. When the mouthpiece turns clear (about 30 seconds), remove it carefully and discard the clip.
3. Place it in your mouth, bite down in a comfortable position, and press gently against the front to mould.
4. Once you have a good impression, remove it, let it cool, and try it on. Repeat the steps if the fit isn't right.
