Products sold by CPAP Superstore are classified as medical devices. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any opened or used items — no exceptions.
For any unopened and untampered products, we have a 30-day hassle-free return policy.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition it was shipped to you – SEALED and in their original packaging. Opened items will not be refunded.
If you are returning your item(s), use the supplied Free Pre-Paid Return Label and ship your item(s) to our warehousing facility located at:

Once we receive the product in its original condition, we're happy to offer an exchange or a refund. Your satisfaction is our paramount concern, and we want you to approach your purchase with absolute confidence. We will contact you via email once your return arrives at our warehouse.
Warranty:
Some of our offered products will be covered by a manufacturers warranty. Depending on the supplier, CPAP Superstore may facilitate the return and repair or exchange of the product. Please reach out to us at help@cpapsuperstore or 1-877-716-6219 if you receive a defective item. We will request details and images if necessary.
Please be aware CPAP Superstore does not offer trial or temporary machines if you need to file a warranty claim. We will do our best to expedite the process as much as possible, but as your product is going back to the manufacturer we cannot guarantee warranty process times.
