THE “WIN YOUR ORDER” CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES

This contest is organized by CPAPSUPERSTORE.ca.

The “WIN YOUR ORDER” contest (the “Contest”) starts on August 22, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. (PT) and ends on Sept. 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (PT) (the "Promotion Period"). All contest entries must be received by the Sponsor before the end of the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to enter. For the purposes of this contest, "immediate family" includes parents, siblings, and children.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions of these official rules (the “Rules”). The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Automatic Online Entry: During the “Promotion Period”, participants who complete a qualifying order of $100 or more (before taxes and shipping) on cpapsuperstore.ca as new SuperSaver Club Members (account holders) will automatically be entered into the Contest.

• One (1) entry per qualifying order.
• Orders cannot be combined to meet the $100 minimum.
• Purchases that do not meet these conditions or otherwise violate the Contest Rules will be disqualified.

The selected winner will receive a full refund of their purchase amount, no greater than $1,500 to their original form of payment.

By submitting a valid online order during the Promotion Period, each participant agrees to these Official Rules. Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will be void. All costs incurred by participants to enter the Contest, including but not limited to internet or data fees, are the sole responsibility of the participant and will not be reimbursed by the Sponsor.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random draw on Sept. 3, 2025 in Surrey, Canada. The selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, which will be included in the winner notification email, in order to be declared the official winner, as required by Canadian law. The winner must claim their prize within 2 business days or a new winner may be selected at the discretion of the Sponsor.

PRIZE

There is one (1) prize available to be won. The prize consists of a refund of the qualifying online order during the Promotion Period. The prize is not transferable, and cannot be applied to previous purchases. No substitutions or exchanges will be permitted. The total retail value of the prize is up to $1500 CAD.

WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS

The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of purchase or entry. To be declared the official winner, the selected participant must correctly answer, without assistance and within the time specified, a mathematical skill-testing question included in the winner notification email. If the participant cannot be contacted, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or does not claim the prize within two (2) business days of being contacted, the prize will not be awarded. In the event of an unclaimed prize, CPAPSUPERSTORE.ca reserves the right not to select an alternate winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. No correspondence regarding the contest will be entered into except with the selected winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical, system, or online errors that may affect participation or operation of the contest.
2. By entering this contest, participants confirm that they have not purchased Internet services solely to enter. Participants must not tamper with or disrupt the contest platform in any way. Any attempt to damage or interfere with the proper functioning of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws.
3. CPAPSUPERSTORE.ca assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunction, system failure, service interruption, or other issues beyond its control, including but not limited to delays, data loss, or entry errors. If the contest cannot be run as planned due to circumstances such as a virus, bug, tampering, fraud, or technical failure, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the contest.
4. The prize cannot be substituted, transferred, or exchanged for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.
6. Personal information collected through the contest will be used solely for contest administration and, where applicable, marketing communications in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal information for these purposes. The Privacy Policy is available at cpapsuperstore.ca.
7. The Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and representatives are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prize.
8. The selected winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release, in a form acceptable to the Sponsor, within three (3) business days of notification.
9. Failure to comply with any of the official rules will result in disqualification. If the selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
