Shop CPAP Masks in Canada — Every Style, Every Sleeper

Finding the right CPAP mask makes the difference between therapy you dread and therapy you barely notice. We carry nasal, nasal pillow, and full face CPAP masks from the top brands — ResMed, Philips Respironics, and Fisher & Paykel — so you can find the fit that works for your face, your sleep style, and your pressure settings.

Not sure which mask type is right for you? Nasal masks suit back sleepers and those with facial hair. Nasal pillow masks are the most minimal option — great for side sleepers and glasses wearers. Full face masks are the go-to for mouth breathers or anyone on higher pressure settings.

Which CPAP Mask Is Right for You?

The right mask depends on three things: how you breathe at night, how you sleep, and your pressure prescription. Here's a plain-language breakdown.

If you breathe through your nose and sleep on your back, a nasal mask is likely your best starting point. They sit over the nose only, offer a stable seal, and work well across a wide range of pressure settings. They're also a good fit if you have facial hair — the hose connection at the top means whiskers don't interfere with the seal the way they can on other mask types.

If you want the lightest, most minimal option possible, a nasal pillow mask is worth trying. Two small cushions seal at the nostrils, leaving most of your face uncovered. They're popular with side sleepers, active movers, and anyone who's felt claustrophobic in a larger mask. Keep in mind they're not ideal at very high pressure settings — the small contact area can make maintaining a seal harder.

If you breathe through your mouth, wake up with a dry mouth, or have been prescribed a higher pressure, a full face mask is almost always the right call. They seal over both nose and mouth, so it doesn't matter how you breathe. They're bulkier than the other types, which can take adjustment, but for mouth breathers they're typically the most effective option long-term.

Still unsure? Our Mask Fitting Guide walks you through the decision step by step, and our respiratory therapist team is available if you need a personal recommendation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know what size CPAP mask to order?
Most masks come in a FitPack that includes small, medium, and large cushions in one box — so you can try sizes at home without ordering multiple times. ResMed's AirFit series and Philips DreamWear both offer FitPacks. Our Mask Fitting Guide walks you through how to measure at home.

Can I return a CPAP mask if it doesn't fit?
Yes — we accept returns within 30 days on unopened, sealed masks. Because CPAP masks are medical equipment that contact your face, opened masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We recommend ordering a FitPack when available so you can find the right size before opening the full system.

What's the difference between a nasal mask and a nasal pillow mask?
A nasal mask covers the nose with a cushioned seal around the outside. A nasal pillow mask uses small inserts that sit at the entrance of the nostrils. Pillow masks are lighter and less obtrusive; nasal masks generally offer a more stable seal at higher pressures. Both are nose-only — neither works for mouth breathers without adding a chin strap.

How often should I replace my CPAP mask?
ResMed and Philips both recommend replacing the full mask every 3–6 months, with cushions replaced monthly and headgear every 6 months. A worn cushion loses its seal and can cause air leaks that reduce therapy effectiveness. See our Replacement Schedule guide for a full breakdown.

How do I choose the right CPAP mask for my needs?
The right mask depends on how you breathe at night, your sleep position, and your pressure settings. We've put together a complete guide covering every mask type, fit tips, and what to look for based on your therapy needs. Read our Complete Guide to Choosing a CPAP Mask →
