CPAP Superstore complies with the guidelines and regulations of your local jurisdiction pertaining to the sale of medical products that require a prescription for purchase.
CPAP Superstore will reach out to you requesting a copy of your prescription if we require one, but you can also upload it here.

100%! We're a company with experienced Sleep Therapy staff. We have Respiratory Therapists on staff, and we work directly with the biggest names like ResMed and Philips.

We believe sleep therapy should be available to you regardless of if you have a clinic close by, or insurance. Due to the relationships we've built with vendors and the fact that we're completely online, we save big when we buy, and pass that on to you.

This depends on your plan and how often it covers supplies. Contact us and we can provide you a quote to submit for pre-authorization with your provider.

We don't direct bill at this time. Purchases will have to be paid for in full and we'll send you an invoice to submit to your provider,

You can contact us for your return and refund. We will send you a shipping label.
All items must be unworn/unused. If you have an issue with a machine or a mark, the provider will have their own warranty process we can help guide you through.

Whatever you've got! Through our online payment portal you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Interac/Visa Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

We process refunds as soon as they're requested, but it can take up to 7 business days for your payment provider to process it.
