Shipping policy

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99. For orders below the $99.00 threshold, a low flat shipping rate will apply. CPAP Superstore may at times offer promotional shipping, featured on it's homepage, any product pages, specific products, or through advertisements and marketing campaigns. 

NOTE: Orders with Lithium Batteries cannot be shipped express due to air DG restrictions.

TRACKING

To track the status of your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once it has been shipped. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location.

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly reach out to us using the Chat option in our website, or, email help@cpapsuperstore.ca, providing your name and order number, and we will promptly assist you.
