The 8 Pack keeps you covered for roughly two months of nightly use — or one long trip with room to spare. Same HME cartridges included in the Starter Pack, sold in bulk so you're not placing a last-minute order the night before you leave.

Each cartridge captures the heat and moisture from your exhaled breath and returns it on your next inhale, keeping your airways comfortable throughout the night without a water chamber or distilled water. Replace your HME cartridge weekly for best results. Store unopened cartridges in a sealed bag until you need them.

For frequent travelers, stocking up makes sense. Running out mid-trip means dry airways, broken sleep, and hunting for replacements in an unfamiliar city. The 8 Pack removes that problem entirely.

Common questions:

Do I need the adapter too? The 8 Pack is cartridges only. If you already own the AirMist adapter from a previous pack, you're set. If you're new to AirMist, start with the Starter Pack (2+1) which includes the adapter and two HME cartridges to get you going.

How often should I replace my HME cartridge? Every 5 to 7 days after opening. Once the cartridge stops retaining moisture effectively — usually signalled by increased dryness during therapy — it's time for a fresh one.

Is this compatible with my mask? The AirMist HME works with any CPAP mask that has a standard 22mm elbow connection at the front. It's not compatible with top-of-head tube masks like the AirFit N30i or P30i. Check your mask's connection point if you're unsure.

What's the difference between this and the 4+1 Pack? The 4+1 includes the adapter plus four cartridges — good for first-time buyers or lighter travelers. The 8 Pack is cartridges only, for people who already have the adapter and want to stock up.
