One of the first things people notice when they switch to a travel CPAP is the dryness. No heated humidifier means drier air, and drier air means waking up with an irritated throat or stuffy nose — especially in hotel rooms, on planes, or anywhere the climate is different from home.

The AirMist Pack solves that without adding bulk to your kit.

It uses an HME — a Heat Moisture Exchanger — a small cartridge that sits between your mask and hose. When you exhale, the HME cartridge captures that warmth and moisture. When you inhale, it gives it back. Your airways stay comfortable all night without a water chamber, without distilled water, and without any complicated setup.

Similar to ResMed's HumidX system for the AirMini, but compatible with virtually any CPAP mask with a standard 22mm connection. If your mask works with a standard elbow connection, this works with your mask.

This pack includes one reusable AirMist adapter and four replaceable HME cartridges — about a month of nightly use right out of the box. Each cartridge lasts 5 to 7 days after opening. Swap it out once a week and you're done.

Important fit note:

The AirMist HME works best with masks where the tubing connects directly in front of your face — nasal masks, full face masks, and pillow masks with a standard elbow connection. It's not compatible with top-of-head tube masks (like the AirFit N30i or P30i), because the HME cartridge needs to sit close to your exhaled breath to work properly. Common questions:

Does this replace a heated humidifier? It's different, not identical. A heated humidifier adds more moisture and lets you control humidity levels. The AirMist HME recycles your own breath moisture — it's enough for most travelers and significantly better than nothing, but if you run a very high humidity setting at home, you may notice a difference in dry climates.

Can I use this with my ResMed or Philips mask? Yes, as long as your mask has a standard 22mm elbow connection at the front. The AirMist HME was designed for the Transcend Micro but works across most major CPAP mask brands.

How often do I replace the HME cartridges? Each cartridge is good for 5 to 7 days after opening. Store unused cartridges in a sealed bag to extend shelf life between trips.

What's the difference between this and the Starter Pack (2+1)? Same adapter, same HME cartridges — this pack includes four cartridges instead of two. If you already know the AirMist works for you, the 4+1 gets you about a month of use before you need to reorder.
