What is DreamCare?

Get the full support of a Registered Sleep Clinician throughout your sleep journey and get the most out of your CPAP. Usage reports, personalized recommendations, machine support, and exclusive pricing are all included.

What does DreamCare include?

Both DreamCare and DreamCare+ include exclusive membership only pricing. If you're following a normal mask and supply replacement schedule, no matter which option you choose you'll actually save more!

DreamCare also includes unlimited email support with a Registered Sleep Clinician, monthly reports sent to your email with usage stats, and if you buy a new CPAP we'll set it up completely.

What does DreamCare+ include?

DreamCare+ brings you the same benefits as DreamCare but with some great extras. We recommend this option if you're new to buying online, like more follow up and guidance, or are brand new to CPAPs in general!

DreamCare+ includes unlimited phone support with a Registered Sleep Clinician during business hours, as well as 2 online appointments per year where we'll help you with mask fitting, choosing supplies, and any other questions you may have.

How will DreamCare help?

Buying online is a great alternative to physical clinics but sometimes you have questions or concerns about your therapy. You'll have direct access to a Sleep Clinician to answer any questions you may have.

We'll help you with product recommendations, mask fitting, machine settings, and any other questions you may have.

What do my monthly reports include?

You'll receive an email every month outlining how effective your Sleep Therapy has been.

Your monthly diagnostic report will include stats like the duration of your therapy, how many events you have on an average night, and your AHI.

This allows you to work with our Sleep Clinicians and find better solutions for you.

Do I need to purchase a CPAP from you to join?

Not at all! As long as you have a ResMed or Philips CPAP, you're eligible for DreamCare. We'll reach out to you for your device information when you sign up.

How can I subscribe?

We have a few options. DreamCare only comes in a yearly package for $99. DreamCare+ has 2 options. You can pay month to month and cancel anytime for $19.99 per month, or pay ahead for the year and save at $199.99.

How can I cancel my monthly subscription?

It's easy! Just login to your CPAP Superstore account and you'll be able to pause or cancel at anytime. Unfortunately we do not offer refunded cancellations for the yearly plan.
