Shipping:


Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99.00. For orders below the $99.00 threshold, a flat shipping rate of $15.00 will apply. CPAP Superstore may at times offer promotional shipping, featured on it's homepage, any product pages, specific products, or through advertisements and marketing campaigns.

To track the status of your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once it has been shipped. Please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking information to become available.

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, kindly reach out to us at hello@cpapsuperstore.ca, providing your name and order number, and we will promptly assist you.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty:

At CPAP Superstore, our utmost priority is ensuring that you experience the most comfortable and restful sleep possible. To demonstrate our commitment, we've designed a hassle-free and patient-centric returns and exchange policy, firmly believing in the quality of our products and standing confidently behind them. If, for any reason, your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, rest assured, we're here to make it right. For certain products, the manufacturer will provide warranty support.

To process a return, an item must be in the same condition it was shipped to you in. It must be sealed in it's original packaging. a 10% restocking fee may apply depending on the reason for the return, and return shipping will be paid for by the customer. 

Returns and Exchanges:

Recognizing that selecting the perfect sleep product is a personal journey, we offer a generous return and exchange policy. Should you find that our product isn't the ideal fit for you within 30 days of your purchase, simply contact our friendly patient support team. We'll guide you seamlessly through the return process, providing a hassle-free return shipping label. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we're delighted to offer an exchange or a full refund. Your satisfaction is our paramount concern, and we want you to approach your purchase with absolute confidence.

If you are returning your items, we will send you a return label. This will ship to our warehousing facility located at 19332 24th Avenue, Surrey, BC V3S 3S9

Warranty

Some of our offered products will be covered by a manufacturers warranty. Depending on the supplier, CPAP Superstore may facilitate the return and repair or exchange of the product. Please reach out to us at hello@cpapsuperstore or 1-877-924-0024 if you receive a defective item. We will request details and images if necessary.
